Yes. Here is how we keep your cat safe.
The pendant has a magnetic breakaway clasp. If your cat gets snagged on something, the clasp breaks open on its own, so your cat never gets stuck. It takes less than 5 lbs of pull to open.
We tested it on a real indoor cat who had never worn a collar. He wore it every day for three weeks with no problems. It stayed on during play and rest. It came off easy the couple times it caught on something.
If the pendant comes apart, just line up the two ends and they snap back together.
The pendant is also very light, only 0.1 oz. Most cats forget they are even wearing it. (Not sure your cat will keep it on? See this article.)

Most cats wear it just fine, even ones who have never worn a collar.
The pendant weighs only 0.1 oz, which is lighter than a sheet of paper. It is made for indoor cats who do not usually wear collars.
In our testing, the cat did not seem to notice it. He never tried to itch it or bite it off. Most cats get used to it right away.
If your cat is new to wearing things, start slow. Let them wear it for short amounts of time at first. Soon it just feels normal.

Pick your size by measuring around your cat’s neck. Here are the three sizes:
- Kitten fits up to 7.1 inches
- Standard fits up to 8.3 inches
- Large fits up to 9.4 inches
The easy way is to wrap a soft tape measure around your cat’s neck. If you don’t have a tape measure, use a piece of string. Then, hold that piece of string against a ruler. You can also check our size chart for a guide by breed.
When you are not sure between two sizes, go with the bigger one. The cord can sit a little loose without a problem.

- The cord is genuine leather.
- The setting is brass with silver plating.

Because each crystal is natural, no two are exactly alike. Yours is one of a kind. Each pendant is designed in Los Angeles.
Caring for your pendant is simple.
Wipe the crystal with a soft, damp cloth when it needs it. A microfiber cloth works best.
Do not soak the pendant in water. Water can wear down the leather cord and the metal over time. So keep it dry, which should be easy with cats!
That is all it takes to keep it looking its best.
